EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

EXCHANGE POLICY 

You can exchange your DRESS within 2 DAYS from the time you received provided the DRESS MATERIAL is in good condition as it was revived neatly packed in its original cover.we will provide the replacement for the exchange product within 3 to 4 days.

RETURN POLICY

You can return your product and ask for refund only if the item is defective or damaged provided with the opening video of the parcel from beginning till end.we will accept the return within two days of delivery of the product.

It will take 7-10 working days to credit the amount into the customer bank account after receiving the product 

 Return Shipping Cost

For all returns, you are responsible for shipping the product to us. We will cover shipping for the new product. However, in case of returns due to a defective product, we will add an additional RS.100 to the selected mode of refund as compensation for your shipping cost
